La Galerie Dukan est très heureuse de présenter “Present is a Burning Building” (19 mars  - 1 juin 2013, Vernissage 15 mars 2013, 14h-21h), la première exposition personnelle en France de l’artiste mexicain Arturo Hernández Alcázar.

 Arturo Hernández Alcázar (né en 1978) est un artiste mexicain qui travaille à Paris, Madrid, Berlin et Mexico.Il est diplômé en 2001 de «La Esmeralda» (Mexico) et il a récemment exposé en Europe et en Amerique : Balance/Collapse (exposition personnelle), Artissima, galerie dukan hourdequin, Turin ; Resisting the Present. Mexico 2000/2012 (exposition de groupe, commissaires : Angeline Scherf et Angeles Alonso Espinosa), Musée d’Art moderne de la Ville de Paris, 2012 et Museo Amparo, Puebla, 2011 ; Disponible, a kind of Mexican show (exposition de groupe, commissaires : Hou Hanru et Guillermo Santamarina), 2011, San Francisco Art Institute, San Francisco and Museum of Fine Arts of Boston, Boston ; No trabajes Nunca (exposition personnelle, commissaire : Guillermo Santamarina), 2010, MuAC, UNAM, Mexico.

 

Galerie Dukan is delighted to present “Present is a Burning Building” (19th March  - 1st June 2013, Opening 16th March 2013, 2 - 9pm), the first solo exhibition in France by Mexican artist Arturo Hernández Alcázar. 

 Arturo Hernández Alcázar was born in 1978 in Mexico City. He works between Mexico City, Paris, Madrid and Berlin. He graduated in 2001 from “La Esmeralda” (Mexico City) and has recently exhibited internationally: Balance/Collapse (solo exhibition), Artissima, galerie dukan hourdequin ,Turin; Resisting the Present.
